What is B.H.M?
B.H.M (Beijing Hotel Massage) is a company that provides massage services for hotel rooms in Beijing.
What services do you offer?
We offer Asian, Happy, Tantric, Relaxtion, 4-hands, and other massage types to help you relax and relieve stress.
Do you offer home or office visits?
Currently, we only provide services at select hotels in Beijing — no home or office visits.
Can I see the photo?
For privacy and security, we do not share therapist photos. This doesn’t mean our therapists aren’t attractive.
If I don’t like the therapist?
Our therapists are carefully selected, but we respect individual preferences.
If you don’t like the therapist when you meet, you can cancel and only pay the taxi fare.
Booking
How do I book?
Booking is easy! Just choose your massage, select a time, and provide your hotel details online.
You can also call, but please note the line may be busy or the voice unclear.
When should I book?
We recommend booking after checking into your hotel, at least 1–2 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy periods.
What info do I need to give？
To ensure the therapist arrives at the correct location, provide your full name, hotel phone number, room number, and mobile number when booking.
If you’re unsure about the hotel phone number, just share the hotel name and address.
How long is a session?
Our massage sessions last 50 or 60 minutes. After the first session, you can extend the therapist’s stay in half-session increments, with charges based on your package.
Can I choose a therapist?
While we can’t guarantee a specific therapist, you can make a request based on your preferences, such as gender, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book late-night?
Yes, we offer late-night service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You can book within this time frame.
Visit
Do I need to tell the hotel?
No, you don’t need to inform the hotel. If necessary, we will notify you.
How long until the therapist arrives?
The therapist usually arrives within 30-40 minutes. However, depending on your location, such as at airports, it may take up to 1 hour or more.
Do I need to pick up the therapist?
If your hotel has card-controlled elevators, you may need to meet the therapist at the elevator, lobby, or main entrance.
What should I do when the therapist arrives?
Be in the room at the scheduled time and let the therapist know if you have any preferences or special requests before the session begins.
What if I don’t like the therapist?
If you’re not happy when you meet the therapist, you can cancel and only pay the taxi fare.
Can I change to another therapist?
Yes, you can choose another therapist by paying an additional taxi fare, but you must request this when you meet your previous therapist. This is not possible once the service has started.
What if the therapist is late?
If the therapist is delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work to ensure your session is not affected.
Cancellation
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel at least 1-2 hours in advance. If you cancel within 1 hour or after the therapist is already on the way to your hotel, a taxi fee (based on distance) will apply.
If you stop the service after it has started, normal fees apply and the full payment is required.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No extra fees apply if you cancel on time. Late cancellations require payment of the taxi fare.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment is made directly to the therapist before the session begins. We accept various payment methods, including cash and mobile payment platforms.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we accept cash payments in both CNY (Chinese yuan) and foreign currencies, including USD (US dollars), EUR (euros), GBP (pounds), AUD (Australian dollars), CAD (Canadian dollars), SGD (Singapore dollars), HKD (Hong Kong dollars), JPY (Japanese yen), KRW (Korean won), and more.
Can I pay by card?
We currently do not accept credit card payments directly, but you can link your card to WeChat or Alipay for payments.
Can I pay with Alipay or WeChat?
Yes, we accept payments through Alipay or WeChat for your convenience.
Are there extra fees?
Taxi fares are not included in the price list, as they depend on the distance. Hotels in the city center usually have a taxi fare of around CNY 100.
Privacy
Is my information private?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. Your personal details are used only for booking and service purposes and are securely protected.
